Her first mistake was even talking to the guy. Telemarketing should be outlawed, nobody wants to be called by them. How many people are on the do not call registry? I don't know how many but they could have saved millions of dollars if they set up a "Please Call Me Registry" instead. The whole thing could have been run on an old 386 linux box sitting in a forgotten closet somewhere.
