We want to create a GLOBAL MINIMUM tax? And just who would be the taxing authority for this GLOBAL MINIMUM tax - obviously not the United States. Who's WE? Why is the vice-president of the United States talking about a GLOBAL MINIMUM tax? Wait a minute, are they planning to cede American sovereignty to a world power?
