Mob Of Teens Steals $3K Of Jeans From Wicker Park Store
Cho said it took police 30 minutes to reach his store after the 911 call went out about 6:45 p.m. on Saturday.What if mobs start going beyond shoplifting? This is a very dangerous situation and I don't believe law enforcement is taking it serious enough. If they continue to get away with this behavior it will get worse.
