"The plague that has been brought upon us by Rod Blagojevich will be lifted," said Rep. Jack Franks (D-Woodstock).
Rod Blagojevich did not bring any plague to Illinois politics, he's just a symptom of a far deeper cancer that has infected our country. Getting rid of Blago might make Illinois lawmakers feel better but it will do nothing to cure the larger disease.
