The government misses the deadline for mailing absentee ballots to members of the military and other overseas American voters and now it's possible they won't be counted because the government, not the voter, missed the deadline. Let me guess, a Democrat run state - Illinois. Check. Voters being disenfranchised not likely to be voting for Democrats. Check. Hmmm. How convenient.
