U.S. slips to historic low in global corruption index

We're out of the top 20. We were 19th last year, this year we're 22nd. Anyone surprised? When Obama was running for president he was all about getting rid of corruption in government and being open and honest. Since taking office it's become obvious that what he meant by corruption was freedom, jobs, prosperity and equality.
