Saw this item in the USA Today newspaper this morning about banning plastic bags. Here's the money quote:
"It's a small, simple, modest act that makes people feel that they're actually contributing" to reducing litter, waste and dependence on foreign oil,
It's all about making people feel good, they feel like they are actually contributing. It doesn't matter that they actually doing nothing at all. Typical.
