Yes, he's talking about Iraq, but can't they also have a dream? What makes his hopes and dreams for America better than the hopes and dreams of Iraqis? They aren't his? Why doesn't he run for president of Iraq and offer them his hope and change, then they wouldn't need those concrete objectives.
There is no reason to believe that more of the same will achieve these objectives ...
And yet, despite his claims to the contrary, he is offering America more of the same - more of the same failed socialist policies and more and higher taxes to try to pay for it - been there, done that.
