This is Your Brain on drugs

I just had a guy call me from one of the rooms to ask the time. I told him it was 2:45. 2:45 in the morning I said as he repeated the time and I heard his wife in the background saying, "in the morning, in the morning." He hung up. He called back to ask what time the buses start running. Then he said he was supposed to have an 8:00 wake up call and he didn't get it and he's going to be late for his doctor appointment. I listened to him drone on for a minute wondering what Twilight Zone episode I was on. I was about to tell him it was 3:00 am and to go back to bed when his wife grabbed the phone and apologized and told me she wouldn't let him call again and to cancel the 7:00 am wakeup call.
