"If you took the guns out of the picture ... we have relatively very little other violence," said Lt. John Murphy, who heads the Police Department's homicide detail. "It's just spontaneous violence, and everybody's carrying a gun."
Wait! What was that? San Fransisco passed one of the most restrictive gun bans in the country in 2005. The NRA has been trying to get it overturned and it looks like they recently succeeded, but it's been in effect the whole time. The only people with guns in San Fransisco are the criminals! Don't you just feel so safe.
