A California law requires you to obtain a trapping license by taking a complex test and paying $78.50 in order to kill mice and rats. The law was pushed by the Animal Protection Institute of Sacramento. Everyone who voted for this bill needs to be voted out of office at the first opportunity because they are not fit to serve the public. Nice move.
